What is the best free program to record my process on my computer? I had tried something like this a long time ago bt I remember the program would leave me with a HUGE file... even if it only recorded for a few seconds.

well you can have a camera from behind your shoulder! rather than a screen capture software.. I would like to see people at work...going through their stuff..u know. and then you can show the final product at the end.
